1. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

2. Do you restock items that are marked as sold out / Final sale?
Unfortunately, we do not typically restock our items. You can reach out to check if we have any returned items in the specific style and color you are looking for. Another option is to place a custom request, and we will maintain the original price before any sale discounts but taxes and fees may apply. However, if the item is no longer in production due to fabric availability, which is beyond our control, we can create the style in a different color and fabric. This would still be considered a custom design request and fees and taxes may apply.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, we can only accommodate changes if you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that modifications are limited to color or size adjustments based on our inventory availability and may not be possible to modify. Once an order is placed, we are unable to process cancellations. However, once you have received the item you may return it for a full/ partial return. Please refer back to our “return and exchanges” section.

4.How do I know what size to choose?
Please consult our size chart for both men and women. It includes instructions on how to measure yourself and provides our size guide.
